Subject: [AGDev-newbies] Screen Magnifiers

Hi

I used to play RPG games such as Dungeon Siege and Diablo 2, and would dearly love to play them again. I was wondering if there was any screen magnifier out there that was able to work with 3D games. I currently use Zoomtext, and although I'm not an expert, I have a feeling that, because both 3D games and Zoomtext want to use the same Direct Draw drivers, the two will not work together. I have a feeling that a similar issue exists witht he video playing element in programs like Winamp. Is there anything out there that, although basic, might at lease enlarge the screen? Alternatively, is there something like the Windows magnifier, that gives a kind of lens that could be used to enlarge the icons and integrated menus, that can be found in games?

Any assistance on this, would be gratefully received
