From matthew at agrip.org.uk Sat Nov 6 00:02:04 2004 From: matthew at agrip.org.uk (Matthew T. Atkinson) Date: Sat, 06 Nov 2004 00:02:04 +0000 Subject: [AAGRS] Quick Update: Big changes at AGRIP.org.uk Message-ID: <1099699323.5568.25.camel@localhost> 'ello, This is just a quick post, partly to check that AAGRS still works after the recent changes I've made to agrip.org.uk :-). I've finished some long-needed updates to the web site infrastructure and mailing lists. Currently AAGRS is unaffected, but I might be moving it to lists.agrip.org.uk soon, if I can find a non-destructive way to do so. The reasons for this are that if anything goes wrong, I can offload the most important services from oblique (my server) much more easily if they're at more neutral domain names. Anyway, this isn't something that I expect will affect AAGRS for a while; I'd like to make sure that the current setup is working OK for some time before making more changes. I thought I'd just send you all an update to let you know what's possibly on the cards. Regarding AAGRS, I'm in a position to carry on the work but I know that a number of you are very busy still. I hope that things are going well for you all and look forward to the time we can continue working on AAGRS. Along with a few others I am attempting to maintain a presence on the IGDA Accessibility SIG forums in the hopes that awareness will be raised for Accessible and Audio games amongst the big mainstream games developers. I'll post here if anything major happens on this front. Well I'll be off now, best regards, -- Matthew T.
